Lakeview Estates Homeowners Association is a homeowner group with annual dues. HOA Meetings are held throughout the year and a notice of meetings will be provided on this website. Lakeview Estates HOA is managed by Park Property Management Solutions. Current HOA Board Members and ACR Committee members are listed below. Architectural Review Committee | ARC Lakeview Estates's Architectural Review Committee and the HOA Covenants and Bylaws guarantee custom, unique homes and protect the value of your real estate investment. Authorization is required from the Architectural Review Committee for new construction homes and any modifications to the exterior of existing homes or lots (front and back). This includes, but is not limited to, fencing, roofing, pools, patios and decks, landscaping plans, tree removal/replacement, window replacement, exterior painting, solar panels, etc. Covenants and Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and other HOA Documents are available in the Documents & Forms section of this website. |

Annual Homeowners Association Dues
